Mozilla School of Webcraft

Ever since I read about the Mozilla School of Webcraft I have been an admirer of this project. Last year, after reading a derstandard.at newspaper article I quickly signed up and enrolled on to the javascript101. Shamefully I did not complete the course as I did not have enough time to finish all the required tasks. Nevertheless I was impressed by the high level of professionalism of the course.

It was about 2 weeks ago when I came across the p2pu.org website  once again. The Mozilla School of Webcraft host (afaik) all there courses on p2pu.org. There you can find a great deal of other nice courses and get in touch with loads of other people giving and gaining knowledge, in case you haven’t heard of either of these two projects mentioned above.

So what I did now was to sign on to the webmaking 101 in order to get in touch with people of my kind (that is guys from the interwebs) and earn some awesome badges. Yeah, that’s right one can earn and receive awards for the work accomplished. By the way this blog entry is part of a challenge I am currently completing.

So If you want to learn anything or even share your expertise on virtually anything, check out p2pu.org. If you want to master your world of webcraft skills you’ll find the Mozilla School of Webcraft there.

I’ve already earned these badges:

Introduce yourself badge

Web 101 Badge that can be earned on p2pu.org

Beta Hero badge

Betha Hero badge that can be earned momentarily at p2pu.org
